Based in Scotland Paul has been a full time professional magician since 2001 and has won a number of prestigious competitions and awards. In 2003 he won the title of World Champion of Comedy Magic in the Netherland which he held for 3 years. His winning comedy act will be a part of the Magic Festival Gala-show.
Paul is also the winner of the British Magical Championship, "The British Shield" and the biannual European Championship. He is a Gold Star member of the Inner Magic Circle, the highest degree in The Magic Circle. Paul is just back from performing 21 shows at the legendary Magic Castle in Hollywood California.
Using humour, sleight of hand and sleight of mind Paul delivers an entertaining intriguing show. Things appear - disappear and who knows he may even read your mind! In the show Paul uses audience members as his assistants and often makes the magic happens in their hands giving that true close up magic experience!

After studying and performing magic for over twenty years and winning several national magic awards, Lewis Barlow's first appearance at the Edinburgh Fringe in 2009 was a sell-out success.
His show for the Magic Festival consists of a selection of some of the most astonishing magical effects ever created. No stooges, smoke or mirrors, just world class close-up magic.
